Blue and green is the color of the peacock and I have been forever wanting to design one in this shade. It was then this extremely lovely two-tone georgette fell before me and I grabbed it. I was waiting to find a matching fabric. The green was rather bright and therefore the blue used should be subtle and not very bright so as to neutralize the dress in an overall. The golden sequin fabric was the cherry on top of the cake. Premium sequin worked golden fabric was acquired to finish the dress and result was simply "WOW"
The dupatta was custom shaded to match with the shades of the salwar. Yes, we kept the colors a little dull as we did not want the whole thing to just bling up over the blues.
